The benefits of pilates:
  • Pilates is really helpful to improve our posture and cure back pain by developing core strength.
  • It also strengthens our abdomen and pelvis.
  • It is an indoor activity. Pull out your mat and follow the instructions in any pilates video for a convenient at-home workout.
  • Pilates will boost our flexibility.
